As 2025 comes to a close, I am ramping and setting up for 2026. I’m entering the new year feeling motivated and energized. Although I have been in real estate for five years now, I feel like this is going to be my best year yet! Personally and professionally.
My accountability buddy and I have already completed our 2026 business plans. I audited my goals from last year and did OK. However, this year I simplified my goals to make them even more attainable. Here are my goals for this year:
- Prioritize my health and well-being
- Double my transactions without sacrificing my service
- Buy my second investment property
- Get banking account consolidated
- Increase my savings/get budget under control
- Rental emergency
- Taxes
- Personal
- Travel
- Continue to help people find homes with the highest service and integrity
- Up my social media game
- 3 post per week consistently
- Provide value and be a community resource
- Become more organized

- One small trip every quarter
- Continue to learn
- Cultivate a better work/life balance
