Then, in the middle of winter she strapped on a pair of snowshoes and walked an entire 24 acre parcel with us as we behaved like kids in a candy store planning what to do. Leila saw my request  to get help from an agent. She returned my call promptly. I explained my finances and future plans with her. Leila was not pushy. She made me feel the sincerity through the phone lines. I asked her to show me numerous houses. I live in a different state. She was extremely willing, patient, and kind in trying to qualm my concerns. We put a bid on a house, all paperwork and strategy was explained.
