Hi I am Leila Wise! Wise & Co Homes is my umbrella of Real Estate Services. I strategically partner with only very trusted partners (I have very high standards). In my rolodex, I have amazing designers, cleaners, movers, lenders, title agents, handymen, property managers, contractors, and investors. I may be small but my reach is mighty! 

About Leila, Your Trusted Guide:

After 15 years in the service and hospitality sector, I transitioned into Real Estate. My work is focused on excellent service. Period. Originally licensed in Montana I moved to the Twin Ports, for love, in 2021. My first year in Duluth, I helped my clients buy and sell, just shy of, $3 Million in real estate. Since then I have become licensed in Wisconsin too! In 2023 I was the recipient of the Rising Star Award from our local trade association. In 2024 I added investor and property manager to my resume. Going forward I want to continue to expand my knowledge on everything real estate. I want to continue helping my clients fulfill their real estate dreams and continue to expand my real estate empire.

Leila was an absolute blast to work with and an incredible person to have on our team! Within days of getting pre-approved Leila had a list of properties to visit. Then, in the middle of winter she strapped on a pair of snowshoes and walked an entire 24 acre parcel with us as we behaved like kids in a candy store planning what to do. When the appraisal came in low she pulled out all the stops and got our appraisal increased to save the deal. I would 100% recommend working with Leila if you want someone who will do whatever it takes to help you make your dreams come true.

Leila saw my request to get help from an agent. She returned my call promptly. I explained my finances and future plans with her. Leila was not pushy. She made me feel the sincerity through the phone lines. I asked her to show me numerous houses. I live in a different state. She was extremely willing, patient, and kind in trying to qualm my concerns. We put a bid on a house, all paperwork and strategy was explained. We got the house and I am very pleased and happy with the purchase. Leila is a 5-Star real estate agent. I have no reservations in recommending her to help others get their home.

Leila was very personable and professional throughout the entire process of purchasing a home. She was readily available for viewings and responded quickly to questions. Once closing time came Leila made the process very easy and used modern paperless processes for paperwork that made it a breeze.
